Moscow Kremlin is one of the world’s most amazing architectural masterpieces. As the city itself it started in the 12th century and then almost every tzar and ruler made some impact and brought something new to this magnificent place. For many years it remained the tallest building in Moscow and one could see really well the city and its suburbs from its top (for centuries the law did not allow to build anything taller).

The Moscow Metro stations are absolutely beautiful. Many of them
contain major works of art. Really! The trains run every three minutes.

Stalin destroyed this church and replaced it with a public swimming pool – honest. The church was rebuilt only a few years ago using the original plans. Knowing that, I can’t look at it without thinking it’s one of those blow up things full of plastic balls common at street fairs in New York. The Moscow River meanders through the city and is lined with some incredible sights. The big building in this photo is the Kremlin Palace. I
suspect the pointy things may be missiles cleverly disguised as buildings and aimed directly at Los Angeles so it doesn’t really matter if I am right
or wrong. It’s possible to take a boat trip along the river — a sort of Circle Line Tour but I haven’t and probably won’t. I prefer to walk along the
embankment on the weekends and scoot up different streets into new neighborhoods.

Берега Москвы-реки близ кремля полны невероятных достопримечательностей. Большое здание на этой фотографии является Кремлевским дворцом. Я
подозреваю, что остроконечные башни могут оказаться ловко замаскированными ракетными шахтами уходящими в глубину под здания и направленные непосредственно на Лос-Анджелес.
